The yacht is presently configured as a 'liveaboard' with accommodation for a maximum of 18 passengers and full diving facilities.  If future owners wish to rearrange the internal layout of the yacht, it should not be too difficult to achieve this and any changes would not normally require alterations to the overall structure.
