This yacht has had one owner only from new and after completing a circumnavigation has been completely refurbished hence its immaculate condition.

 Forecabin; a comfortable, roomy cabin with two single berths which are convertible to a double. 

 To the starboard side is a hanging locker with a small vanity unit.  The saloon has a u shaped settee to starboard with a single settee berth opposite.  The centrally mounted table folds out to the complete width of the saloon.  The navigation area is aft of the saloon on the portside; chart table. 

 The toilet compartment with marine toilet and shower is aft of the navigation area on the port side immediately adjacent to the companionway steps.  
The galley, which is immediately opposite is L shaped; hot and cold pressurised water system, stainless steel sink with chopping board inset, full cooker, and top opening icebox.  The aft cabin is reached through a passageway from the saloon and galley.  In this passageway are two hanging lockers: one for wet gear.  Aft cabin; double berth, a settee, a dressing table and hanging locker.

Fuel 159 litres.

Full epoxy treatment from new.

2 BP solar panels fixed on deck.

Manual bilge pump plus automatic electric with float switch.

3-way valve fitted to water intake on engine for use if serious water intake occurs.

Manual windlass.

Complete set of scuba diving equipment.

Extras – hatch in main cabin, fly screens, wooden cabin sole, fidell radar reflector mast mounted, 3anchors (2 CQR lead weighted for extra holding power, 1 high tensile danforth fitted with 10 mil chain and anchor warp), 50 metres 8 mil chain, dinghy anchor, 15hp outboard, fixed stainless steel lifting arm for outboard, self tailing winches, boarding ladder, rigid bottom inflatable, stainless steel BBQ, warps, fenders, extra gas bottles, fire blanket, cockpit cushions, harnesses, barometer and clock, cassette player, etc, etc.

 This cruising yacht is deceptively spacious.

 Since new the yacht has been lifted every year for drying and antifoul purposes.  It is fitted out for long distance live aboard cruising and is ready to sail away.   The yacht is now lying in Larnaca Marina, Cyprus where it is duty and vat paid.
