The spacious top deck has two large bimini covered areas. To the rear is the al-fresco dining area with circular, full service bar complete with ice machine, refrigerator and sink, plus a dumb waiter to the kitchen below. In the center of the boat is a large sun bathing area and Jacuzzi for six people. The front bimini covers the helm position and the pool table - the boat is extremely stable. The boat also carries a large selection of DVD films, board games, books and water "toys" for the use and enjoyment of the guests.
Sumerset Houseboats, America's premier high-end luxury houseboat builder, specifically designed and built the boat to our own specification, featuring water jet propulsion which offers an unusually shallow draught of under 2feet. This allows the boat to operate in very shallow water. This, combined with the specially shaped and double plated bows, allows the boat to be easily driven right up onto a beach, allowing passengers easy access via the retractable walkway.
| The Hull |
The whole boat has been specifically designed, and built, as a cruising hotel, to operate exclusively in the British Virgin Islands, where the main cruising waters are sheltered from the ocean by the many islands and coral reefs. The hull shape and jet drives were chosen to give the boat a very shallow draught, enabling the boat access to areas denied to normal craft of this size. The bows have been shaped and double plated to allow the boat to be driven up onto the beach, and will comfortably operate in only 4ft of water. The boat is extremely safe for swimmers with no dangerous propellers to worry about, and will safely glide over any protruding coral heads. |

| Design |
The hull is constructed from Marine Grade Aluminium, to a shallow V configuration with a world patented "Honeycomb" welded into the bottom, giving the hull exceptional torsional rigidity. This hull shape gives the boat an extremely shallow draught. (2ft max) The hull has been epoxy coated inside and out to prevent corrosion. The bow has been designed and double Plated to allow the boat to be easily run up onto the beach, allowing guests easy access via the front extendable walkway. Two 50ft by 18" deep bilge keels along each side help eliminate roll and aid straight-line tracking. |

| Layout |
The extra insulated superstructure has totally flat floors throughout and is equipped with double glazed dark tinted windows. The boat has been configured with 4 Guest Staterooms all with their own en suite facilities. The two Queen size crew cabins have their own separate facilities, plus a Laundry room. There is also a fully equipped chefs kitchen and a large lounge. Front and rear covered balconies with a Spiral staircase up to the 1,800 sq ft top deck. There is also a full width of boat, 4ft deep swim platform, with hide away water access ladder. |

Solid natural maple doors and cabinets give the boat a light and airy feeling. All rooms have drop sofit ceilings with concealed mood lighting. They are all fitted with large silent ceiling fans and dimmer switches. All bedrooms have Televisions with video recorders and PBX Telephone system linked to the Satellite phone for world wide communications. All the beds lift up electrically to access the massive storage space underneath. One of these spaces is air-conditioned to be used for keeping wine and produce in top condition. The laundry room has a full size stacked Maytag Neptune washer drier and built in ironing board. |

The fully equipped, air-conditioned Chefs kitchen is complete with a large Double Door Fridge Freezer and ice machine, full size range and oven, large microwave, full size dishwasher, in sink food waste disposal unit and a solid waste compactor. |

Large picture windows and curved seating make this a favorite place to sit. One of the settees converts into a Double Bed for the unexpected guest. |

The 4 fully air-conditioned guest staterooms, are all 15ft wide, have 6ft 6" wide, walk around beds and deep pile carpeting throughout. All have their own en suite bathrooms, drop sofit ceilings with mood lighting and large silent ceiling fans. The front stateroom is the largest and has been designed as the "Honeymoon Suite". It has its own private entrance, private balcony (not overlooked) and private access to the Top Deck. |

The rear 72 sq ft rear swim platform runs the whole width of the boat, it is 4ft wide and only 6ins from the water, there is also a retractable ladder, making entry and exit to the water for divers extremely safe and easy. There are numerous world-class dive spots in the British Virgin Islands, making dive package holidays a real growth area.
Luxuriously appointed with all top quality fixtures and fittings and complete inventory, the boat is a totally turnkey operation with absolutely nothing more to purchase.
