One of the finest blue water yachts
of her size afloat,
The Classic Columbia 57 " MAGIC

|
Built in 1969 she has been lovingly
maintained throughout her life,
She has a huge inventory including water maker, diesel generator, ssb
etc and has a vast quantity of spares, even unto 2 spare propellers |
|
Most impressive is the condition of
the vessel, owned and maintained by a perfectionist
who has stinted on nothing. The modest price of $220,000 bears no reflection on her
condition and equipment,

The layout plan included below is not completely accurate, as behind the main dining area
is an extra berth, and the mid heads are on the other side. The profile however is
accurate.
